Withdrawal Crediting Times

Withdrawals are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Prime Sportsbook aims to have your request processed within 1 hour of receipt, once all prerequisites from the customer are met and all internal processes are complete.

Delivery of funds after Prime Sportsbook has processed the request varies depending on the withdrawal method chosen:

• Debit Card and Cage within 1 day of being processed
• ACH/Bank Transfer within 1-3 business days
• When requesting a check please expect a minimum of 3-5 business days

OH, NJ and KY Withdrawing also depends on the method you have selected, including:

• The withdrawal request may still be under review.
• The withdrawal may be delayed, depending on the method you used and your bank response speed.
• The withdrawal was sent to a VISA debit or credit card and may take up to 30 minutes for the funds to be credited to your account.
