Self-Exclusion

You cannot voluntarily exclude yourself through the Prime Sportsbook website in New Jersey or Ohio.

However, they do still offer exclusion through the timeoutohio.com and the njportal.com websites and in person for either 1 or 5 years (in New Jersey and Ohio) and lifetime (in Ohio).

During this time, you will not be able to log in.

Once the period you selected has passed, excluding lifetime, you will not be automatically removed from the voluntary exclusion list.

You will have to request removal from the list.

Kentucky players may elect to participate in the Exclusion Program, which will ban them from PrimeSports Interactive gaming for a duration of 1, 5 years and cannot be revoked. You may request placement on the Exclusion list by submitting a request through the Prime Sports website, app, or by calling our Member Services team.
