How to Enable Your Location

Windows

1. Go to Settings
2. Go to Privacy and Security
3. Go to Location
4. Enable Location Services
5. Enable “Allow Apps to access your location”
6. Allow XPoint app to access your location

MacOS

1. Click on the Apple logo on the top left of the screen.
2. Select System Preferences
3. Select Security & Privacy
4. Select Privacy
5. Click on the Padlock icon
6. Enter password and select "Unlock"
7. Check Enable Location Services

IOS

1. Go to Settings
2. Go to Privacy and Security
3. Go to Location
4. Select Prime Sportsbook app
5. When a message pops up saying “Allow Prime Sportsbook to use your location?”, select Always Allow or Allow While Using App (make sure Precise option is on)
6. Restart App
