How Do I Redeem My Prime Rewards?

Patrons can redeem their Prime Rewards Points for Cash utilizing the Rewards Page.

  • All Points 2 Cash transactions are credited at a 1 x rollover.
  • All Points 2 Cash transactions are final and will be awarded immediately.

Prime Rewards – Terms & Conditions

  1. All patrons must be 21 years of age or older, placing wagers within the state of Ohio or New Jersey, and not prohibited from gambling by the Ohio Division of Gaming Enforcement or the New Jersey Department of Gaming Enforcement in order to participate in the Prime Rewards program.
  2. By participating in the Prime Rewards program, the user is acknowledging and affirming they accept the Terms and Conditions and End User License Agreement provided from https://primesports.com/
  3. To be eligible all information provided by you when opening your account must be true, accurate, verifiable and your account must be in good standing.
  4. Players that opt into the Prime Rewards program must accept they will remain in the program for 365 days and all lines will be offered at 110.
  5. Prime Sportsbook reserves the right to cancel, revoke, amend or modify the promotion at any time and without any notice and reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to add or delete cash prizes or change prize structures. Any changes can be reviewed online.
  6. Winners are responsible for paying any and all taxes on any prize won and must authorize the deduction of such taxes, if any, from the prizes to the extent required by law.
  7. Winners will be subject to all federal, state and local regulations and laws.
  8. Promotions are subject to the provisions of the OH Casino Control Act and the NJ Casino Control Act and regulations promulgated thereunder. All prizes will be awarded in compliance with applicable laws.
  9. Neither Prime Sportsbook nor any of its related companies, affiliates, or subsidiaries shall be responsible for computer errors including, but not limited to, the calculation of the number of entries or errors in the random number generated computer system that may be used in connection with any promotions.
  10. Any participant who is found not complying with these rules will be disqualified and all prizes will be forfeited
  11. All Points 2 Cash transactions are credited as Cash.
  12. All Points 2 Cash transactions are final and will be awarded immediately.
  13. Participants of the Prime Rewards program can move up to the next level, or higher applicable level, based on the number of Prime Points earned in a single calendar month. If a participant fails to earn sufficient points in a single calendar month, they will maintain the level they are in and not move up.
  14. Participants will have their Prime Rewards tier reevaluated every 6 months, January and July.
  15. If a participant has failed to earn require number of points for their respective level in one (1) calendar month, in the reevaluation period, their tier will drop one (1) position to the next tier below.
  16. Participants may earn points by placing wagers on any game, bet type or league, unless otherwise stipulated by Prime Sportsbook.
  17. Participants will earn 1 Prime Point for every $10 they wager on a bet.
  18. Participants earn points on losing wagers, based on the amount that they risk. Example, if a user wagers $10 and loses $10, they will receive 1 Prime Point.
  19. Participants will earn points for winning wagers, based on the lower amount of either the stake or the win. Example: If a participant wagers $100 to win $10 and wins their wager, they would receive 1 Prime Point. If a participant wagers $10 to win $100 and wins the wager, they would receive 1 Prime Point.
  20. Other restrictions may apply.

American Football

OFFICIAL GAME TIMES

  1. Bets are considered official after 55 minutes of play. If 55 minutes of play is not conducted, straight bets are treated as no action, and parlays & teasers will be reduced accordingly.
  2. Bets on 1st, 2nd halves, and all quarters will be considered action upon completion of the period in question. If the period is played under shortened conditionals, all wagers on that period will be deemed no action.
  3. Bets on the spread, money line, totals for the whole game and all bets on second halves always include overtime scoring. Bets for the 4th quarter do not include overtime scoring.

SUSPENDED / POSTPONED GAMES

For bets to have action, the game must reach official game time within 5 days of the originally scheduled start time.

If a game is postponed/suspended AFTER it has been deemed an official game, bets will be graded based on the official game times.

When a game is postponed/suspended BEFORE it begins, and it is determined the game will not be played within 5 days of the originally scheduled start time, all bets have no action, and stakes will be refunded.

When a game is in progress and delayed BEFORE it has been deemed official, the game must be resumed and completed within 5 days of the originally scheduled start time for bets to have action.

If for any reason the location of the game is changed from the original site, all bets placed prior to the change in venue will have action.

All postseason wagers have action if the game is completed within 30 days.

All bets placed on markets whose outcomes have already been determined will have action. For example, when you bet on a 1st quarter line, the bet will have action as soon as the market is official (the quarter ends), even if the game is suspended after that.

Prop General Rules

The General Prop Rules apply to all markets unless stated otherwise in the Specific Prop Rules. If there is any inconsistency between the General Prop Rules and the Specific Prop Rules, the Specific Prop Rules shall prevail.

Alternative Lines and Team Totals

  • Alternative Spread/Totals: Game must reach official game time for bets to have action.
  • Game Team Totals: Game must reach official game time for bets to have action.
  • Bets on First or Second Halves, or Quarters will have action upon full completion of the period in question.

Game Props

  • Game must reach official game time for bets to have action, unless the outcome has already been determined, in which case bets have action even in the case of a game being suspended.

Player Props

  • Player must take the field and play for bets to have action. If the player is on the field for at least one play, bets will have action even if that player is not directly involved in the play (e.g., they do not touch the ball) and even if they are subsequently removed from the game entirely due to injury, ejection, or coach's decision.
  • Game must reach official game time for bets to have action.

Score First in the Game:

The first team to score in the game. If a team scores and the game is canceled or postponed afterward, all wagers stand regardless of how many minutes have been played.

Score Last in the Game:

It must be an official game (55 minutes of play). If the game goes into overtime, the team that scores last will be the winner.

Score in the first 5½, 6½, 7½ minutes:

These are three separate prop bets, giving the option to bet YES or NO on whether there will be any type of score in the first 5½, 6½, or 7½ minutes of the game.

5½, 6½ or 7½ minutes must be played for bets to have action. If the game is canceled or postponed before these periods of play, all wagers will have no action.

NOTE: If a score occurs exactly on the designated minute/second mark, the YES wagers will be winners. For example, if you bet on YES (there will be a score) in the first 6½ minutes of a game, your bet wins if there is a score with 8:30 left on the clock. The bet will lose only if the first score does not occur until the 8:29 mark or after.

Total 1st Half Points vs. Total 2nd Half Points:

Both Halves must be completed in full for action. Includes Overtime.

First Scoring Play (touchdown or FG/safety):

If a team scores and the game is canceled or postponed afterward, all wagers stand regardless of how many minutes have been played.

3 Unanswered Scores:

Extra points or 2-PT conversions do NOT count.

Player Props

All players must take the field and play for action. Results are based on the official stats from the game. A kicker who does not participate, due to shutout, but is suited up and available is considered to have played.

Total Season Wins

When betting the over/under on a team’s total wins for the season, there must be X number of official decisions for season wins bets to count.

An official decision constitutes on the League awarding a win or loss, with ‘X’ being the same number of scheduled games determined prior to the start of the season.

NFL: For bets to have action a team must play all of its regular-season games (17 games)

NCAA College Football: A team must play all of its scheduled regular-season games for bets to have action.
