The loser of this week’s match between Los Angeles and The Bay will have a hard time repeating its playoff run from a season ago. Clanton and Shipley will both make their Tomorrow’s Golf League debut alongside holdover Min Woo Lee. Clanton is a former No. 1 ranked amateur who was the top collegiate player last year. Shipley was the low amateur at the 2024 Masters and U.S. Open.

Finau will make his season debut for LAGC in place of Justin Rose and has experience that his first time counterparts on the opposite team doesn’t. Finau played one match last season earning 2 Singles points to help LAGC comeback from a 4-0 deficit to beat New York.
