Warriors at Nuggets: Odds, Lines & Predictions
With holdovers Stephen Curry and Draymond Green still around from the Golden State Warriors’ championship runs, the team has declared another run at the trophy in 2025-26. And with Curry one of the most polarizing figures in the NBA the Dubs have been a big hit at the betting window.
With the help of 3-time NBA MVP Nikola Jokic, who led the team to a championship in 2023, one season after Golden State won its seventh title, the Denver Nuggets have become a fixture both on the court and in the eyes of the NBA betting NBA betting public.
Warriors at Nuggets Preview
The Warriors conclude a brief two-game road trip when they pay a visit to the Nuggets on Friday, November 7, 2025. Tipoff is scheduled for 10 p.m. ET from Ball Arena in Denver with a live stream on Prime Video.
Public Betting Odds Factors
- It’s early in the season but the Warriors have struggled on road losing three straight ahead of their mini-trip. They were favored in all three games losing outright to Portland, Milwaukee, and Indiana.
- One thing to worry about with a veteran group is injuries and fatigue. Jimmy Butler exited Tuesday’s game with a back injury and his status moving forward is unclear.
- Playing in the thin air of Denver has given the Nuggets a decent homecourt advantage over the years. It also helps that they have a talented roster. Since 2023 the Nuggets have the third-highest home winning percentage with success nearly 72 percent of the time.
- Jokic is a target for prop bettors with the ridiculous numbers he puts up. He started the season posting four straight triple-doubles and barely missed in his last two games. Through six games Jokic is averaging 22.7 points, 13.2 rebounds and 11.3 assists with the Nuggets scoring at least 122 points in five of those games.
Warriors at Nuggets Predictions
- Sidelined with an ailment against Sacramento on Wednesday then travelling to Denver for this contest puts Curry in an awkward position if he plays. A career 42.3 percent 3-point shooter, he dipped below 39 percent this season and is worse on the road at 36.7 percent. Backing the UNDER on his made 3’s and point total is a safe bet.
- No matter who he faces Jokic delivers, making him a target on a number of player props. But he also opens the floor for his teammates and Aaron Gordon and Jamal Murray have benefitted. Gordon was unconscious when the teams played earlier this season making 10 of 11 triples and scoring 50 points.
- With Murray, Jokic and Gordon all averaging more than 19 points the Nuggets boast one of the most efficient offense teams. As a team they shoot nearly 52 percent from the field and score 125 points an outing. They easily cashed the OVER on the NBA betting line in their earlier meeting with Golden State and are 4-2 this season.
Warriors at Nuggets Betting Tips
- The Nuggets were a double-digit favorite in each of their first three home games beating the NBA point spread twice.
- After beating the Lakers in LA in their opener, the Warriors have faltered on the road losing outright to Portland, Milwaukee, who played without Giannis Antetokounmpo, and Indiana, who was 0-6 entering the contest.
- While the Nuggets wait for Cameron Johnson to find his footing they’ve relied on Jokic, Murray and Gordon to fuel the offense. They are nearly unstoppable, combining to average nearly 67 points while shooting better than 54 percent from the field.
- The Warriors have gotten solid production from Jonathan Kuminga, who is on pace for a career year. He’s averaging 16.4 points on 53.4 percent field goal shooting in more than 30 minutes a game. It’s a small sample size but what the team expected when drafting him 7th overall in 2021.
Warriors at Nuggets Head to Head and Key Stats
- Not many teams have had the success against Golden State like Denver has. The Nuggets had a 9-game winning streak until the final meeting of last season. The Warriors won their second straight taking the season opener last month 137-131 in OT.
- Both of those setbacks came on the road and Denver will look to continue its mastery over the Dubs at home where they’ve won five in a row and seven of the last eight.
- The last four games in Denver played UNDER the closing total.
- Golden State has payouts in their last three trips to Denver and in five of the last seven.
