On Sunday, June 15, 2025, history will be made, as the Viva Mexico 250 from Mexico City takes place. It is the first NASCAR Cup points race held outside the United States since 1958. Shane Van Gisbergen opened as the favorite to win the Viva Mexico 250, followed by Christopher Bell, William Byron, Tyler Reddick, Kyle Larson, and Chase Elliott. 2025 Viva Mexico 250

On Sunday, June 15, 2025, the Viva Mexico 250 will take place at the Autodromo Hermanos Rodríguez in Mexico City, Mexico. Television coverage on Amazon Prime is scheduled for 3:30 p.m. ET.

The Autodromo Hermanos Rodríguez was built in 1959 and has been hosting auto racing events since 1962. Currently, the facility hosts the Mexico City Grand Prix in the Formula 1 series. NASCAR Xfinity Series races were held there from 2005 through 2008. The race will consist of 100 laps on the 2.429-mile road course.
