NFL Week 7 Parlay & Teaser Best Bets

The early part of the 2025 NFL season has been wildly unpredictable with last second wins, blocked kicks and parity. Entering Week 7 two teams from each conference have one loss on their ledger and every club but the New York Jets has at least one victory. Four underdogs won outright in Week 6 with another four dogs covering the spread on the NFL betting line. The Las Vegas Raiders are the biggest dog on the Week 7 board catching 12.5 points for their game at Kansas City.

NFL Week 7 Parlay Picks

I hate to brag but it was another sweep on my four Week 6 parlay picks giving me a 10-2 record over the last three weeks. If you’re not playing NFL parlays or teasers now is the time to start. For more information on how to do that read this handy dandy NFL betting guide to learn more.

Three of last week’s picks were on the spread backing Pittsburgh and Tampa Bay as home favorites. I also backed Chicago as a 4-point road dog and the Bears came through with a last second field goal for their second straight 25-24 win. What are the odds of that happening? I’ll try and stay hot in Week 7.

  • Titans +7 vs. New England
  • Bears -5.5 vs. New Orleans
  • Panthers at Jets OVER 41.5
  • Falcons +2.5 at 49ers

Many times we see a coaching change ignite a team and I’m banking on the Titans responding to Mike McCoy. The club fired Brian Callahan after a dismal 1-5 start passing the baton to the former Chargers head man. And the Titans would like to put on a show for their former coach Mike Vrabel, who has the Pats atop the AFC East at 4-2.

Justin Fields and the Jets offense can’t be as bad as they were last week. The Panthers aren’t as strong defensively as the Broncos, and with his starting gig hanging in the balance we should see a more competent Fields. Carolina has flashed some offense recently, too, scoring 57 points in their last two games while cashing the OVER in three straight. Backing the OVER on a small total is appealing.

NFL Week 7 Teaser Picks

I didn’t have the same success on my Week 6 teaser picks going 2-2, which is odd since buying points to move the spread and/or total in your favor should make it easier. But that’s just another sign that betting on football in general and the NFL in particular is a risky endeavor. Despite that we shall continue to move forward looking for that perfect week.

The Ravens came to play last week, at least on defense. One of the worst stop groups in the NFL held the Rams to 241 yards and forced a turnover. Baltimore did nothing on offense without Lamar Jackson managing only a field goal. Teasing the total down to 38.5 didn’t help in LA’s 17-3 win. Turns out I didn’t need to tease the total in the Broncos/Jets pillow fight. They combined for 24 points. And Seattle won outright at Jacksonville.

  • Bengals teased spread of +11.5 vs. Steelers
  • LA Rams teased spread of +3.5 vs. Jaguars
  • Saints at Bears OVER teased total of 41.5
  • Packers teased spread of -0.5 at Cardinals

The Cincinnati offense showed some life in the second half of last week’s game at Green Bay. Joe Flacco needed some live fire to get used to his surroundings and he should be even better with a full week to prep. A veteran of the AFC North, Flacco knows how to navigate his surroundings and he should keep the Bengals within the teased line of 11.5.

I have a hard time trusting the Jaguars and when things start looking good they do something to spoil the party. Teasing the spread in favor of the Rams gives me all kinds of confidence, as does teasing Green Bay to a pick ‘em against the free-falling Cardinals. We’ve also seen the Bears construct a decent offense behind Caleb Williams, making the OVER on the teased total the right play.
