NFL Week 6 Parlay & Teaser Best Bets

The Detroit Lions are the hottest team on the field and at the betting window entering Week 6 of the NFL season with four straight wins and payouts. Not much has changed for them. The Lions were one of the most profitable teams last season when they led the league in scoring. They’ve tallied at least 34 points in each win and again boast the highest scoring team. The Lions visit the Kansas City Chiefs in the Week 6 edition of Sunday Night Football.

NFL Week 6 Parlay Picks

Just past the quarter point in the season it might be time to consider playing a parlay or teaser, if you haven’t already, to enhance your NFL betting experience. If you’re still hesitant have a look at this NFL betting guide to learn more. There is a Monday Night Football doubleheader with the four teams featured all with a non-losing record.

One week after hitting all four parlay picks there was some regression with a 2-2 mark in Week 5. I expected the Bills to not only beat New England but cover the 7.5-point NFL point spread. They did neither and that pick was a loser. Backing Tampa +3.5 at Seattle was a good play with the Bucs winning outright. The Eagles suffered their first loss but did hit the UNDER in their game with Denver.

I’m backing two favorites on my parlay picks this week taking the Steelers -5.5 over Cleveland. The trade of Joe Flacco leaves Dillon Gabriel as Cleveland’s starter moving forward and won’t do much to change the outlook. The Browns did match a season-high for points in Gabriel’s first start but 17 isn’t a very high bar.

Baker Mayfield is a magician and the Bucs keep winning. I also think the 49ers had a lot of luck winning four of their first five games. At home in a crucial NFC matchup I like Mayfield minus the points. And it’s a tough road trip going cross country to play in the early window, a first for the Niners this season.

  • Steelers -5.5 vs. Browns
  • Buccaneers -3 vs. 49ers
  • Lions at Chiefs UNDER 53
  • Bears +4 at Commanders

NFL Week 6 Teaser Picks

Buying points to move the spread and/or total in your favor is supposed to make NFL teasers easier to win. It’s worked out so far with all four teaser picks cashing last week for the second straight time. With two consecutive weeks of winning teasers you can officially call it a heater. Now is not the time to ease up though since the NFL betting Gods have a way of getting even.

As it turned out we didn’t need to tease the line in any of the four games last week since they all won with the original number. The total was teased down in the Cowboys/Jets and Titans/Cardinals and both games easily cashed the OVER on the original total. The spread for Jacksonville was teased up and they beat the Chiefs outright. Better to be safe than sorry.

The Ravens are a hot mess with a defense that allows the most points per game in the NFL and the second most yards. They are giving up nearly 40 points a game over the last three and the Rams have been dynamic with Matthew Stafford and Puka Nacua. Baltimore will get back on track, but not until Lamar Jackson returns. Tease the total down and back the OVER.

I also expect Buffalo to rebound after a home loss to New England. The Bills are 3-0 SU and ATS in their last three games following a loss and while it’s not advised to jump zero when teasing a line, I’m doing it here giving Buffalo 2-points on the teased line.

  • Broncos at NY Jets UNDER teased total of 49
  • LA Rams at Ravens OVER teased total of 38.5
  • Seahawks teased spread of +7 at Jaguars
  • Bills teased total of +2 at Falcons
