NFL Week 12 Picks: Best Bets, Parlays & Predictions
Week 12 of the NFL season features a number of marquee games including the Indianapolis Colts at the Kansas City Chiefs, but it also includes some of the biggest mismatches of the season with three double-digit favorites. The week begins with Thursday Night Football on Prime Video as the Buffalo Bills visit the Houston Texans.
The early window on Sunday features the Colts at the Chiefs on CBS, while the late window features the Eagles at the Cowboys on FOX. The Sunday Night Football game on NBC has the Bucs at the Rams and Week 12 concludes on Monday night with the Panthers at the 49ers on ESPN. The Broncos, Dolphins, Chargers and Commanders are on bye this week.
Notable NFL Week 12 Odds
- Jets at Ravens (-13.5, 44.5) – The Ravens are the biggest favorite on the board in Week 12.
- Steelers at Bears (-3, 45) – The Bears are one of the surprise teams in the NFL and they are favored at home against the Steelers.
- Colts at Chiefs (-3, 50) – The Chiefs are facing what is almost a must-win game in Week 12, as Kansas City comes into the game at 5-5.
- Eagles (-3, 47.5) at Cowboys – The defending champs are just slight favorites against the Cowboys in Dallas on Sunday.
- Buccaneers at Rams (-7, 49) – The Rams will try and avoid a letdown after last week’s win over Seattle.
- Panthers at 49ers (-7, 48) – The 49ers are laying a TD at home on Monday night against a surprising Carolina team.

NFL Week 12 Best Bets
The winning continued last week, as I went 3-0-1 against the NFL betting pointspread with the predictions, as the Jaguars won outright, while the Seahawks and Browns covered the spread. The Commanders lost by three points against Miami so that game was a push. As a reminder, when it comes to NFL best bets each week you should know that I go against the grain with almost all of my picks. If the public does well, then I will probably struggle, but if the public loses, then I will probably have a good week. Let’s look at Week 12 NFL predictions.
-
Houston Texans +5.5 vs. Buffalo Bills
The public was impressed by the Bills last week and the public is laying the points on Thursday night with Buffalo. The Texans have actually played pretty well of late, but this does look like a tough task for Houston against Buffalo. Regardless, I will go against the public and take the Texans plus the points.
-
New York Giants +11 at Detroit Lions
The public expects the Lions to bounce back this week after the loss to the Eagles and it definitely makes sense, as the Giants are not a good team. The good news for the Giants is that they could get Jaxson Dart back on Sunday, assuming he clears concussion protocol. I’ll go against the Lions and take the Giants plus the points.
-
Tennessee Titans +13 vs. Seattle Seahawks
The Titans have actually played better in the last couple of weeks even though they didn’t win. This still looks like a complete mismatch, as the Seahawks are better on both sides of the ball. I said last week that taking the Browns was ugly, but they covered against the Ravens. This one is ugly but the public is on Seattle, so I take the points with the Titans.
-
Carolina Panthers +7 at San Francisco 49ers
The Panthers have been a huge surprise this season, but this is a big step up in competition for Carolina on Monday night against the 49ers. The public is backing San Francisco, so I will take the points with Carolina.
NFL Week 12 Parlays
The parlays are really just a bonus section and if they come through it is just some extra money. Both of last week’s parlays lost as they each went 1-1. Let’s look at the NFL Week 12 parlays.
- Bengals +9 vs. Patriots and Bucs +7 at Rams – I think the love on the Patriots and Rams has gone a bit overboard this week. The Bengals are still playing hard and can score points while the Rams could have a massive letdown after last week’s win over Seattle.
- Giants-Lions Over 50 and Colts-Chiefs Over 50 – I’ll go over the total with the two biggest numbers of the week and expect shootouts in both games.
