The second tournament of the fifth season has LIV Golf returning to a familiar spot for LIV Golf Adelaide. The league is back for its 4th trip to The Grange Golf Club. The tournament was voted the best golf event in the world in 2023 and 2024 at the World Golf Awards.
The first event with the new 72-hole format was a boost for Elvis Smylie, who shocked the field with last week’s win in Riyadh.
What Is LIV Golf Adelaide?
A constant LIV Golf event since 2023, this will be the second straight year the event was played as the second tournament of the season. Prize money was increased this season with the outright winner collecting $22 million and the top team receiving $8 million to be split among the 4 players. Adelaide is becoming LIV Golf’s marquee event with its massive attendance and raucous atmosphere.
Where Is LIV Golf Adelaide Played?
Every LIV tournament has been contested at The Grange Golf Club in the Adelaide suburb of Grange, South Australia. The Grange is one of the most prestigious clubs around featuring two internationally rated championship golf courses which will both be used.
The layout features a composite made up of holes from the East and West courses with an approximate range of less than 7,000 yards at par 72. The course features tree-lined fairways, plenty of bunkers and average-sized undulating greens.
LIV Golf Adelaide Schedule
LIV Golf Adelaide will be contested from Thursday-Sunday, February 12-15, 2026 in the second event using the new 72-hole format. The league continues to use a shotgun start for every round with all 18 holes having a group of players teeing off at the same time.

LIV Golf entered a partnership with FOX Sports and its family of networks last year giving unprecedented coverage to the league. Parts of all 4 rounds will air on FS1 or FS2 with late final round coverage on FOX. Live streaming is also available via the FOX Sports app and LIV Golf+.
Global streaming of the tournament is available on DAZN and YouTube. A new deal was struck recently with UK broadcaster TNT Sports and its streaming platform discovery+.

Who Won LIV Golf Adelaide in 2025?
Joaquin Niemann shot a final round 7-under 65 to rally for a 3-shot victory in last year’s tournament. Entering the 3rd round 3-shots off the lead, Niemann picked a good time to register the low round of the tournament. He finished at 9-under 137 to win his 3rd LIV title which was also the first of a record 5 wins last season.
Niemann closed with the 4th shortest odds at +1100 behind Rahm, who finished T6, Tyrrell Hatton (T23) and Bryson DeChambeau (T18). Three players entered the final round tied for the lead but each shot over 70. Abraham Ancer and Carlos Ortiz, second-round co-leaders, finished T2.
