However, despite all the hoopla surrounding the event, the Atlanta Braves vs. Milwaukee Brewers is an official regular season contest with the outcome and statistics counting toward the season-long total. And both teams are looking to snap out of a recent funk after being so good for nearly the entire season.

The Braves have led the NL East for nearly the entire season and moved a season-high 25 games over .500 with a win over the Mets on Aug. 12.
