Cognizant Classic 2026: Betting Odds & Event Guide

With the ‘West Coast Swing’ in the books the PGA Tour makes its way to another warm weather state for this week’s Cognizant Classic in Palm Beach Gardens, FL kicking off the Florida Swing. This is the first of four straight tournaments in the Sunshine State. Lacking Signature event status, the field of players takes a drop. Shane Lowry and Ryan Gerard are the only players with shorter than 20/1 PGA golf odds on the early board.

Who Won the 2025 Cognizant Classic?

A birdie putt in Friday’s second round allowed Joe Highsmith to make the cut on the number. He was on fire over the weekend with a pair of 7-under 64s moving him up the leaderboard and into the winners circle. The lowest weekend score in PGA National Resort history allowed Highsmith to rally from 8 shots down at the midway point for his first career PGA Tour win.

J.J. Spaun and Jacob Bridgeman finished 2-shots back of the lead. Jake Knapp was trying to become the first wire-to-wire winner in this event and looked the part with an opening 59. After winning the tournament in 2024 Austin Eckroat missed the cut last year
