Chiefs at Broncos: Picks, Odds & Predictions

The reign of the Kansas City Chiefs in the AFC West could be coming to an end. KC has won nine straight division titles but trails the first place Denver Broncos heading into their matchup in Week 11. Kickoff is scheduled for 4:25 p.m. ET on Sunday, November 16, 2025 from Mile High Stadium in Denver, CO. Television coverage provided by CBS.

Chiefs at Broncos Preview

It’s premature to give up on the Chiefs. Sure they enter the week in third-place in their division and outside the AFC playoff picture, but for a team that’s won at least 10 games in 10 straight seasons and nine straight division titles, you can give them the benefit of the doubt. And you can expect them to be reenergized following their bye.

Overcoming the first 0-2 start in the Patrick Mahomes era, the Chiefs won five of their next seven games going 5-2 against the NFL odds. They entered their off week on a loss to Buffalo, which might not be a bad thing. They lost to the Bills in each of the previous three regular seasons only to advance to the Super Bowl winning two titles.

  • Though they enter Week 11 outside the AFC playoff picture, the Chiefs are the favorite in the Super Bowl futures market.
  • Mahomes has thrown for 2,349 yards and 17 TDs this season but he’s on pace for a career-low completion percentage. He’s also thrown more INTs (3) in the last two games than he did in the first seven (2).
  • Ranked inside the top 10 in total defense and scoring defense, the Chiefs have cashed the UNDER in four straight games.
  • The Chiefs have the third-best red zone offense scoring on 70.3 percent of their drives.

It hasn’t been easy but the Broncos bring the longest current streak into Sunday’s matchup. They’ve won seven in a row with five of the last six victories by four points or less. You have to believe that their luck will run out eventually. Denver used a 33-point fourth quarter to beat the Giants 33-32 in Week 7, a game after beating the Jets 13-11.

It’s been all about the defense in Denver with the unit ranked 3rd in the NFL allowing 17.3 points and 270.7 yards per game. And the Broncos get after the opposing QB better than any team. Nik Bonitto and Jonathon Cooper are among the top 7 in sacks with 17 of Denver’s league leading 46 sacks between them.

  • Denver recorded 6 sacks in last week’s win over the Raiders and have at least that many in four games, including a season-high 9 against the Jets in Week 6.
  • An inconsistent offense could prevent Denver from getting to where they want to go. They are 17th in scoring averaging 23.5 points but totaled just 28 points in their last two games.
  • Bo Nix has completed just 52.3 percent of his passes for 323 yards with as many INTs as TDs (3) in his last two games.
  • The defense allows a NFL low 4.34 yards per play.

Chiefs at Broncos Predictions

The Chiefs are among the best coming off a bye going 6-1 SU and 3-4 ATS with Mahomes as their QB. This isn’t a must-win situation for KC, but it’s darn close and the Chiefs need to reassert themselves. They match up well defensively against the Broncos offense and if Mahomes can stay upright I like KC’s chances.

Chiefs at Broncos Betting Tips

  • Oddsmakers and the betting public still fancy the Chiefs positioning them as a 4-point favorite on the early line.
  • KC is -208 on the moneyline with Denver at +185 in NFL odds.
  • The Chiefs are 1-3 SU and ATS as a road favorite this season.
  • Denver has won all five home games this season and 10 in a row dating back to last year.
  • The total surfaced at 44.5
  • The Broncos have cashed the UNDER in 7 of 10 games this season.

Chiefs at Broncos Head to Head and Key Stats

  • Denver has won two of the last three meetings though their 38-0 victory in last season’s finale comes with an asterisk since the Chiefs had their JV team on the field.
  • Prior to Denver’s 24-9 win in 2023, KC had ripped off 16 consecutive victories in the series.
  • The Broncos have payouts in the last three matchups and in six of the past seven.
  • The teams have played UNDER the total in four straight games.
  • Mahomes is 13-1 in 14 career games against the Broncos with 3,771 yards and 20 TDs.
