Notable CFB Week 15 Odds
- James Madison (-21.5) is an intriguing price against Troy in the Sun Belt Championship Game at Bridgeforth Stadium in Harrisonburg, VA. The kickoff on Friday is at 7 p.m. ET, with coverage on ESPN. Consider that James Madison remains a superpower at the Group of Six level, going 11-1 straight up and 8-4 against the spread in 2025.
- Tulane (+2.5) is a surprise home dog to North Texas in the American Conference Championship Game against Upstart North Texas. Kickoff on Friday is at 8 p.m. ET with coverage on ABC. Overall, these teams went 7-1 in AAC play.
- Miami-OH (+2.5) catches attention in Saturday’s MAC Championship Game against Western Michigan. Consider that this is the third consecutive appearance in the MAC title game for the RedHawks. That experience could prove advantageous in a game that starts at Noon ET with coverage on ESPN.
CFB Week 15 Predictions
Texas Tech -12.5 vs. BYU – On November 8, the Texas Tech Red Raiders hammered the BYU Cougars 29-7 as 13.5-point home favorites. It was the only loss of the year for BYU.
Texas Tech is the best team that money could buy in the Big 12 Conference, as head coach Joey McGuire took full advantage of his massive NIL Payroll bank and numerous Texas recruiting connections with high school coaches to lead the Red Raiders to a record of 11-1 straight up and 10-2 against the spread.
Texas Tech ranks 3rd in the nation for scoring offense and 7th for fewest points allowed. In turn, BYU ranks 41st for scoring offense and 32nd for fewest points allowed.
Georgia -1.5 vs. Alabama – Previously, on September 27, the Alabama Crimson Tide won 24-21 as 2.5-point road dogs against the Georgia Bulldogs.
Alabama is 10-2 straight up and 7-3-2 against the spread. Georgia is 11-1 straight up and 5-6-1 against the spread. It will be extremely difficult for Alabama to score a second win over Georgia in the same season. Additionally, Georgia is the more physical team.
Duke +2.5 vs. Virginia – As the Miami Hurricanes stay home, the Duke Blue Devils are playing with house money in the ACC Championship Game.
Duke is 7-5 straight up and 5-6-1 against the spread. On the other hand, Virginia is 10-2 straight up and 8-4 against the spread.
In his fourth season, head coach Tony Elliott broke through. On November 15, Virginia beat Duke 34-17 as 5-point road dogs.
Duke’s 12th-ranked passing attack can keep them within the number, at the very least.
Ohio State -5.5 vs. Indiana – Both teams are 12-0 straight up. Overall, Indiana covered the spread seven times, and Ohio State covered ten times.
Loaded Ohio State ranks 13th for scoring offense and allowed the fewest points in the land.
Indiana is a quality team, but nowhere near the level of the Buckeyes.
