Earning Points

• Earn Prime Points (PP) based on the lesser portion of the wager or the winning amount, with every dollar earning one Prime Point:
  • Wagering $100.00 on a -110 line to win $190.01, the user will be awarded 90.9 points.
  • Wagering $100.00 on a +1000 line to win $1,100, the user would be awarded 100 points.
• Points are awarded only when an event results in a win or loss. No points are given if the event ends in a push, cancellation, void, cash-out, or any other outcome that is not a win or loss.

Redeeming Points

• Customers can redeem their points at any time, with the conversion occurring at the ratio corresponding to their current tier.
• Redemption value depends on your current tier (see below).
• Example: In Tier 1 with 1,100 PP, redeem 1,000 PP for $5 in Bonus Bets, leaving 100 PP.

Tier Structure

Prime Rewards has three tiers based on total Prime Points earned:

• Tier 1: Prime Plus (0–9,999 PP)
  • 1,000 PP = $5 in Bonus Bets
• Tier 2: Prime Pro (10,000–49,999 PP)
  • 1,000 PP = $8 in Bonus Bets
• Tier 3: Prime Prestige (50,000+ PP)
  • 1,000 PP = $10.50 in Bonus Bets

Advancing Tiers

• Advance to higher tiers automatically as you earn more Prime Points.
• All new approved accounts start in Tier 1 (Prime Plus).

Tier 3 Special Access

• Upon reaching Tier 3, you'll receive an email invitation for access to 08 lines.
• Accepting this access forfeits all future bonuses, including loyalty, reload, reactivation, seasonal, and others.

Maintaining Tiers

• You keep your current tier until you advance to the next one.
• If inactive for 6 months, you'll be demoted one tier.
• If inactive for another 6 months, you'll be demoted again (unless already in Tier 1).
• You cannot drop below Tier 1.
• Prime Sportsbook reserves the right to exclude, remove, suspend, or ban any customer from the program at any time for any reason.

• Prime Rewards Points are visible within the Prime Rewards icon on the top of the website and within your account information in the top right corner.

Do My Rewards Points Expire?

• Prime Points do not expire.

How Do I Redeem My Prime Rewards?

• Patrons can redeem their Prime Rewards Points for Bonus Bets by utilizing the Rewards Page.
• All Points 2 Bonus Bets transactions are credited at a 1 x rollover.
• All Points 2 Bonus Bets transactions are final and will be awarded immediately.

• All patrons must be 21 years of age or older (18 or older in Kentucky), placing wagers within the state of Ohio, New Jersey, and Kentucky, and not prohibited from gambling by the Ohio Division of Gaming Enforcement, the New Jersey Department of Gaming Enforcement, or the Kentucky Horse Racing & Gaming Comission to participate in the Prime Rewards program.
• By participating in the Prime Rewards program, the user is acknowledging and affirming they accept the Terms and Conditions and End User License Agreement provided from https://primesports.com/
• To be eligible, all information provided by you when opening your account must be true, accurate, verifiable, and your account must be in good standing.
• Players who opt into the Prime Rewards program must accept that all lines will be offered starting at 110.
• Points are awarded only when an event results in a win or loss. No points are given if the event ends in a push, cancellation, void, cash-out, or any other outcome that is not a win or loss.
• Prime Sportsbook reserves the right to cancel, revoke, amend or modify the promotion at any time and without any notice and reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to add or delete rewards or change prize structures. Any changes can be reviewed online.
• Winners are responsible for paying any taxes on any prize won and must authorize the deduction of such taxes, if any, from the prizes to the extent required by law.
• Winners will be subject to all federal, state, and local regulations and laws.
• Promotions are subject to the provisions of the OH Casino Control Act, the NJ Casino Control Act, and the Kentucky Horse Racing & Gaming Commission and regulations promulgated thereunder. All prizes will be awarded in compliance with applicable laws.
• Neither Prime Sportsbook nor any of its related companies, affiliates, or subsidiaries shall be responsible for computer errors, including, but not limited to, the calculation of the number of entries or errors in the random number generated computer system that may be used in connection with any promotions.
• Any participant who is found not complying with these rules will be disqualified, and all prizes will be forfeited
• All Points 2 Bonus Bets transactions are credited as Bonus Bets.
• All Points 2 Bonus Bets transactions are final and will be awarded immediately.
• Participants will have their Prime Rewards tier reevaluated annually on September 1^st.
• Participants may earn points by placing wagers on any game, bet type, or league, unless otherwise stipulated by Prime Sportsbook.
