The sports betting weekday builds toward one of the most active stretches of the sports calendar, with March Madness taking center stage as the NCAA Tournament reaches the Sweet Sixteen on Thursday and Friday. After a full week of opening-round action, the remaining teams shift into regional play, with matchups spread across CBS and TBS from early evening into late night.

Earlier in the week, the NIT moves into its quarterfinal round on Tuesday and Wednesday, providing additional postseason college basketball coverage and betting opportunities leading into the weekend.

Beyond college basketball, the sports calendar expands with the start of the Major League Baseball season. The standalone opener on Wednesday night features the New York Yankees and San Francisco Giants on a national stage, before the rest of the teams begin play on Thursday and Friday.

With nationally televised windows across NBC, Peacock, and Apple TV+, baseball returns with immediate impact, adding daytime and primetime options throughout the latter half of the week.

The NBA and NHL continue their regular-season schedules with select nationally televised games each night, while the TGL Finals Series opens the week with a best-of-three championship set on ESPN platforms. Friday also marks the start of UFL Week 1, bringing spring football back into the national spotlight.

With postseason basketball, Opening Day baseball, and multiple leagues active across the week, the weekday schedule offers consistent betting opportunities from afternoon through late night.
